Yoga is a powerful mindfulness practice and can encourage your body's natural healing process. Join teacher Holly Fitch as she leads us in a gentle yoga practice the first Wednesday of the month.

NCBC is a weekly book club designed to include developmentally disabled adults. We read books together, discuss them, and then celebrate with a party! 

Meet every week to practice your Spanish in a friendly community setting! Native speakers and those interested in improving their language skills are equally welcome. Free and open to the public.
