Yoga is a powerful mindfulness practice and can encourage your body's natural healing process. There are many health benefits, including stress relief, increased flexibility, improved posture, and it can help with arthritis and back pain.

Join yoga teacher Holly Fitch as she leads us in a gentle yoga practice the first Wednesday of the month.

Please bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one, but we will have some extras to borrow.
