Yoga is a powerful mindfulness practice and can encourage your body's natural healing process. There are many health benefits, including the following:
- stress relief
- increased flexibility
- improved posture
- can help with arthritis and back pain
Join yoga teacher Holly Fitch as she leads us in a gentle yoga practice the first Wednesday of the month this Spring. We will end with hot tea and a snack. Please bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one, but we will have some extras to borrow.
