- Would you like more practice in English grammar, pronunciation, reading, and vocabulary?
- Seeking a friendly setting where you can discuss questions about USA's culture?
Join this seven-week class focusing on English as a Second Language, meeting Thursdays from 1-3pm at The Plains Public Library.
Registration (either in person at an Athens County library or online) is required. Plan to attend all classes; if you miss the first class, your registration will be cancelled. Limited to 14 adults (must be 18 or older).
More about our presenter: Carla Hirst is a certified Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) instructor. For nearly 20 years, she has assisted clients to improve dictation, listening/speaking, accent reduction, grammar, vocabulary development, and reading comprehension.
