  • Are you an adult in the community who is learning the English language?
  • Do you wish you could get some help with English grammar, pronunciation, reading, and vocabulary?
  • Do you have questions about the USA's culture?
  • Would you like to participate in a small-size class that can help you improve your general communication skills in English?

This six-week class meets in person Tuesdays from 10am-12pm, September 17 - October 29 and is FREE.

*Preregistration in person at the Athens library or online is required. Please plan on attending all sessions. 

Limited to 10 adults (must be 18 or older).

More about our presenter: Carla Hirst is a certified Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) instructor. Carla has done private instruction for international clients since 2018. She assists clients to improve dictation, listening/speaking, accent reduction, grammar, vocabulary development, and reading comprehension.
