Program Description
Event Details
This three-part book club will discuss the debut novel by Robert Gipe that follows Dawn, a teenage girl in eastern Kentucky torn between caring for her home and caring for herself. Led by Mike Ford, who serves on the Rural Action Board of Directors.
Courtesy of a grant obtained from the Athens Foundation by Rural Action, a free copy of the book will be available to the first 25 people to sign up and agree to attend the program.
