Kids' Craft Corner: Community Quilt

Our ongoing program series Kids' Craft Corner aims to help kids of all ages express themselves through a variety of organized crafts. Some of our crafts do get a bit messy, but not to worry, we will supply aprons to protect clothing. We ask that kids, especially littles, are accompanied by an adult who can help them. 

This Craft Corner program is extra unique as we will be creating a community knot quilt!

Each attendee will get a quilt square to decorate any way they like. Fabric paint, marker, scrap fabric and fabric glue will be provided to make your design.

These squares will be collected, attached, and hung up for show on the kid's area wall for all our community to see.

Please join us in creating something beautiful that represents all the young patrons and families that visit Athens Public Library.
