Gear up with skills and knowledge to drive yourself through some tough situations. In this 6-week course for teens/tweens led by a NAMI Athens Community Health Worker, we'll talk together about topics related to mental health. So buckle up and come to the library all six weeks for snacks, conversation, and friendship!
