A gentle practice that helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, back, and core while seated or with the aid of a chair.

NCBC is a weekly book club designed to include developmentally disabled adults. We read books together, discuss them, and then celebrate with a party! 

Learn the basics of crochet while creating an adorable mushroom trinket holder that you can attach to your bag, your car windshield, or anywhere you like! No previous knowledge of crochet required. Supplies will be provided. 

Join us from 1-3 pm on Tuesdays for handwork and pleasant conversation. Bring a project to work on: embroidery, knitting, crochet, quilting, mending - whatever you like to do!

Learn how to transform those old crayons from last school year or the ones you found at the back of the craft drawer. With the help of a canvas and a heat gun or hair dryer, we'll create a piece of art that can liven up any room!

Our guest performers are Lucas Borges on trombone and Hanna Chung on collaborative piano, both faculty members of the School of Music in the Chaddock & Morrow College of Fine Arts at Ohio University.

Meet every week to practice your Spanish in a friendly community setting! Native speakers and those interested in improving their language skills are equally welcome. Free and open to the public.
