Join us from 1-3 pm on Tuesdays for handwork and pleasant conversation. Bring a project to work on: embroidery, knitting, crochet, quilting, mending - whatever you like to do!

Watershed restoration is painting a better way forward. Put your own paint to paper alongside representatives from Rural Action, creating art inspired by work being done to guard against acid mine drainage.

In this “charming” art activity hosted by local artist Emily Beveridge, we’ll create a plastic charm featuring any design imaginable by using the magic of a toaster oven! Kids of all ages are welcome. 

Musician Megan Bee will introduce stringed instruments and lead sing-alongs in this hour-long intro to music. Get a hands-on taste of melody and rhythm by singing, clapping, and playing egg shakers to a variety of genres.

Join in the fun as Librarian Lisa leads this popular craft workshop making vibrant images that will liven up any space. 

*All materials provided, but feel free to bring munchies to share.

Use food coloring, glitter, and a variety of mix-ins with Librarian Taryn to create your own sensory toy. *This could get messy, so dress accordingly. 

Decorate a quilt square with Librarian Dinisha however your creativity inspires you, and help contribute to this community art project! Our finished quilt will travel to libraries throughout the county for all to enjoy.
