Who doesn’t love a well planted garden? Many of the plants we encounter every day aren't native; in
fact, they may possess a complex and fascinating history of travel and
trade.

During this talk, we'll explore the origins of many common garden and
house plants, touching on the toxicity of some very common species
toward pets and children.

Our guest speaker Brandan Gray is an ecology and evolutionary biology
graduate student with the Department of Biological Sciences at Ohio
University.
