Get to know Community Health Workers from the Athens City-County Health Department. Ask anything (really!), find local support, and learn about wellness topics and resources ranging from mental health to pain management--or whatever topic YOU want to discuss.
All welcome. Confidential. Free and open to the public. Happening February - July.

What’s a Community Health Worker?Trained community members who care about your health and will accompany you on the path to becoming the best version of yourself. CHW’s bridge the gap between health care and the community by providing education and navigation services.
