Tina Tuesday: A Collaboration

We met online during Covid at Passion Works virtual art nights. Its rare to find two Tinas in such a small group.  Our friendship formed over art and expanded to becoming best friends and doing what friends do: shopping, movies, cooking and hanging out.  Art was always our first language.  And collaborating came about naturally for us. Tuesdays are set aside for us to be together and learn new things.  Tina Tuesdays will always be a major part of our lives. This exhibit will give you a small taste of what we do together and on our own.

Tina Moore is an accomplished artist, writer, author, singer, and dancer. Once a quiet girl who sat alone and was afraid to speak or be independent. Her experiences at Passion Works Studio helped her blossom into a social butterfly.  She learned to set goals and work to make her dreams come true.  She is opinionated, funny and knows what she wants.  Tina is well loved by her community and She creates art based on her love and interests which is sold all over the world.  Her book can be purchased at Passion Works Studio.

Tina Kelsey has been an artist for most of her life.  Most recently she made one of a kind tiaras and sold them at art fairs all over the country.  Now she sews for Passion Works Studio, producing aprons, bags and other items of wonder and delight that include art work by artists like Tina Moore.  Her grandmother taught her to embroider and she has been using it to bring calm to her life.  The Pandemic allowed her to stitch as much as she wanted.  Circles are a form of healing in many cultures so it is no coincidence that circles became her focus.
