Purpose of Meeting

The Heritage Community Clinic and Equitas Health are partnering to provide sexual health and wellness education and quality, no-cost health care in a confidential clinical environment. We provide on-site, same-day assessment, screening, and treatment at no cost. Our collaborative services include: STI testing and treatment, HIV testing, HPV vaccinations, Contraceptives and safer sex supplies, PrEP treatment and navigation, and Pregnancy testing.

The Heritage Community Clinic mobile health unit will be stationed in the back parking lot of the Nelsonville Public Library on the first Tuesday of the Month from 9am-12:30pm.
