Want to get your brain and body moving and meet new friends? Scottish Country Dance is a social dance form a bit like contra, but with more footwork. The name of the game is fun!
Who is this for: All adults - you! This class will be perfect if you've never danced before, if you're a pro with patience, or for anyone in the middle. No partner or experience needed. If you can walk briskly, you can dance!
Attire: Clothes you can move in! Sneakers are great on your feet. Dresses, kilts, shorts, or yoga pants are all perfect.
