Program Description

Event Details

Learn about principles of breath and alignment, relaxation, circulation of Qi, and moving from the center. Our practice will include a warmup, movement flows, and standing postures for each of the five elements (corresponding to the major body organs), ending with a closing meditation and time for Q&A. Feel free to attend a single free class, or join us every time a class is offered. 
 

Workshop leader Laura Parrotti is a certified Qigong and Reiki instructor and a retired Associate Professor of Voice and Speech
