Winter World
March 5th- A Hidden World:
Discover the hidden world of animals and the secret places they choose to stay safe and cozy in the winter. Hike and create our very own animal shelter in the woods.
March 12th- Sleeping Plants
Do plants sleep in the winter? Do they store food like squirrels? Learn about the important role plants play in the spring. Examine them under a microscope, and go find and grow your own.
March 19th- Bug Hide & Seek
Where do bugs go in the winter? Find their hidden shelters, learn how they survive and play a game of bug hide and seek as the bug of your choice!
March 26th-Come back Home!
Migration time! Did you know it's not just birds that migrate in the winter? Many creatures want to go on vacation to some war, food-filled place! Learn about the migrating creatures and play our very own migration game.
All programs are free and do not require registration. Please dress for the weather, as we plan to host part of each program outdoors (weather permitting).
