Musical Poetry Performance: Featuring Terry Hermsen

Our guest will discuss and perform the poems he has set to music from his new record, Dance Floor at the End of Time: Songs for a Regenerative Earth, which is "a set of 18 interlocking songs celebrating love, creatureliness and the earth, while recognizing the plight we’re in and imagining regenerative worlds that may arise out of crisis."

Our guest is "a poet, activist and songwriter dedicated to bringing the attention of art to transformative change in how we treat the planet and each other. Art is only part of the process—but these songs were written to foster a sense of hope and a spur to climate action."
