Drop in or attend every meeting of this series hosted Monday evenings through November. You do not need to have experience with meditation, and may join us to enjoy some quiet time to de-stress. Work on breath, posture, and how,with diligence, practice and discipline, you can learn how to be mindful of your thoughts, words and deeds.* If you would like to receive an e-mail reminder please register. Walk-ins are also welcome.From our program series leader: "I started meditating in the late eighties. I enjoyed it but found it daunting often times to have to sit with my mind still for twenty minutes and not fall asleep. In time and with practice, I became better at it. For the last couple of years I have been following the meditations offered on the Black Lotus app and have come to realize how much better I feel in so many ways.
