Join instructor Rebecca Wood for springtime yoga to reawaken strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Discover yoga anywhere and on the go! Use the wall, floor, tennis ball, chair, and theraband to get your body ready for spring. We'll also add a few mudras, humming, and chanting to set the tone for final relaxation. Handouts will be shared.

*Bring personal yoga equipment like yoga mats, blankets, therabands, blocks, water bottle, and if possible, two tennis balls in a sock. (Don't have these things? The library will have a few extras on hand.)

*Register below; class space is limited.

More about our instructor: Rebecca Wood of Hopewood Holistic Health is a registered herbalist, holistic healthcare practitioner, and E-RYT 500 registered yoga teacher. She has been offering holistic and yoga classes since 1995.
