Program Description

Event Details

In this program for adults, we will be making gratitude journals. Studies show that writing down just a few things that we are grateful for can help us appreciate our lives. Entries can be made daily, weekly, or whenever we can manage it. All materials will be provided.

This is an after-hours program.
