The Clay Soper Memorial Fund presents the documentary film "If They Had Known," which focuses on risks of recreationally mixing prescription drugs with alcohol. The film will be shown by the Ohio University Office of Health Promotion and Athens HOPE.This event is planned and led by a community group using the library's free meeting
