Program Description

Event Details

Join instructor Rebecca Wood for two springtime yoga classes to reawaken strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Learn to sit or stand in balance, to breathe, to safely lengthen and smooth out muscles and fascia. We'll also add a few mudras, humming and chanting to set the tone for final relaxation. Handouts will be shared.

*Bring personal yoga equipment like yoga mats, blankets, therabands, blocks, water bottle, and if possible, two tennis balls in a sock. (Don't have these things? The library will have a few extras on hand.)

More about our instructor: Rebecca Wood of Hopewood Holistic Health is a registered herbalist, holistic healthcare practitioner, and E-RYT 500 registered yoga teacher. She has been offering holistic and yoga classes since 1995.
