In the fall of 2025 Miriam Intrator walked about 500 miles of the Camino de Santiago, along the historic Camino Frances, from Saint Jean Pied de Port in France to Finisterre in Spain, to mark her 50th birthday. In this talk she will share details and photographs from her journey.
Miriam Intrator is Head of Archives & Special Collections and Rare Book Librarian at Ohio University. She has a PhD in modern European history from City University of New York and a master’s in library science from UNC Chapel Hill. Her monograph, Books Across Borders: UNESCO and the Politics of Cultural Reconstruction, 1945-1951, was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2019.
