Program Description
Event Details
In Chinese culture, roundness symbolizes completeness and togetherness. A full moon symbolizes prosperity and reunion for the whole family. Round mooncakes complement the harvest moon in the night sky.
This presentation will include a demonstration on how to make the dough, plus a hands-on opportunity to complete the final steps of preparation. Attendees will leave with their own tasty treat to celebrate the Harvest Moon!
