Every month, we choose an author and everyone picks one of the author's books to read. No need for everyone to read the same book -- the point is that we all read something a little different!

Celebrate Ohio's contributions to the film industry with this special Ohio Goes to the Movies screening of the classic film, It Happened One Night (1934, Not Rated). 

Get a head-start on spring by making tiny pots out of Jenga blocks and trading our plant starts, either indoor or outdoor--you choose!

Join Lisa and Friends as we make hydrangeas out of coffee filters. You won't have to rely on Mother Nature to decide what color your hydrangea is-- you can decide yourself! All supplies provided.

James McGee-Moore will teach us basic cake decorating techniques. Join us for creative fun and cake! All materials will be provided.

Join bicycle enthusiasts from the Athens Bicycle Club, The Athens Health Department, and Franklinton Cycle Works, who will bring tools, parts, and supplies to help repair and tune up bicycles. They may even have a few bikes to give away! 

Do you love fantasy? Can't get enough science fiction? If your answer is yes, then this book club is for you! We will meet on the second Wednesday of the month to discuss the book and have snacks.

Learn how to take a hardback book and turn it into a vase for a floral arrangement! Bring your own book from home, or pick from our choices. 

This isn't your average paint program! After 15 minutes of painting, participants will switch their canvas with the person next to them, but every time you switch the time you have to paint gets shorter and shorter.

Special guests include Tri-County Culinary Arts student grill masters, DJ B Funk, and the Bookmobile crew. Games, prizes, contests, face painting and more in the library's outdoor stage area. Join us to celebrate the start of summer!
