NCBC is a weekly book club designed to include developmentally disabled adults. We read books together, discuss them, and then celebrate with a party! 

Learn how to finally use up those old broken crayons hanging around your house, and have some fun with a multi-generational crowd! All supplies provided while they last. 

Meet every week to practice your Spanish in a friendly community setting! Native speakers and those interested in improving their language skills are equally welcome. Free and open to the public.

This story was first published in The Century Magazine in December of 1894. It is a tale about two trees and their importance to a family and a whole community, as well as the vicissitudes of small town life in coastal Maine.
