Women's Hands: Holding Up the World (Photography by Kati MacArthur)

On exhibit on the Circulation Area Wall from Wednesday, February 2nd thru Saturday, February 26th.

"Kati MacArthur has a wide background of experience and location, which she brings to her photographic work. Her project, 'Women's Hands: Holding Up the World,' brings light to the fact that although women represent less than half the world's population, they perform more than half the work. They own and run businesses, help with family farms and businesses, as well as bearing children and raising families, often on their own. She hopes to shed light on this disparity through her project." -- Kati MacArthur

This artist was awarded the Ohio Arts Council’s ADAP Award for 2022.
