"I am an artist and primarily work with photography and metal. I currently live in Cincinnati and have been away from Athens for about eight years. I am here quite often as my son still lives here. In my photos I try to capture a piece of a fleeting moment that has caught my interest, or I prepare a set to shadow a feeling that I would like to share. This life is a glorious progression of changes, and elasticity is our friend. I am convinced that my acceptance of this is a direct result of becoming quiet and going within." -- Michael Pleasant
