The Queers and Allies (Q&A) Book Club is an inclusive space to discuss LGBTQ+ literature. This month we are reading T Kira Madden's debut novel Long Live the Tribe of Fatherless Girls about growing up in restrictive Boca Raton, FL as a biracial queer teen.All are welcome, and snacks and drinks will be provided. Copies of the book are available at the front desk of the Athens Public Library.Community co-hosts so far include the Ohio University LGBT Center and United Campus Ministry: Center for Spiritual Growth & Social Justice.
