PREP was initially developed with funding from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Children, Youth and Families (ACYF), and administered by the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Community Health Services and Patient-Centered Primary Care, School and Adolescent Health Program.Agencies are eligible to participate in the PREP program if they are a foster care agency, juvenile justice facility, agencies that provide services to youth on parole, independent living, group homes and other agencies linked to the judicial system or children services.
