Looking Inside the Portfolio: Photography by Steven Edinger

On Exhibit in the Small Meeting Room from July 2nd thru July 30th.

Artist Reception: Tuesday, July 16th, at 6:00pm.

“I have always had an interest and eye for photography. As a professional photographer, I have many skills, but my favorite specialty is multi-dimensional overlays. I acquired five years of training through Athens Photo Project, excelling within the program, and was elected to the Co-op Board. My photo “Mechanical Box” was selected in 2022 to be placed on one of the electrical boxes featured around town for the City of Athens. For the past four years, four of the Photos in this exhibit have been featured in multiple Ohio museums and art galleries through the Arts Possible Ohio Organization, Accessible Expressions Tour. My current traveling piece is "Handmade Cigar Box Guitar."  A photo of that guitar is featured in this exhibit. A special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Jay McVey for encouraging me and helping me select photos for this exhibit, to Megan Fritz with Arts Possible Ohio and Nate Thompson with Athens Photo Project for helping me achieve my goals.
