Technically a 21-string harp, the kora is native to the Mandinka people of Gambia, Senegal, Mali, Guinea, and Guinea Bissau.
Join professional traveling musician Sean Gaskell as he shares about
this magical West African instrument's history and cultural
significance. In-between songs, Sean will also talk about his
experiences living in Gambia, where he studied under master kora
