Holiday De-Stressing Sound Bath

**Please note: A sound bath can be particularly relaxing and immersive if you're able to recline while you listen. If you'd like to lie down during the event, please plan to bring items like blankets, pillows, eye coverings.

Enough with the busyness of the holiday season; it's time for the
contemplative, soothing, and calming tones of crystal singing bowls!

Kojun Hayes, a certified Sound Healer and owner of Sacred Waves
Sound Work, will play an assortment of crystal singing bowls, chimes,
and other healing instruments.

Participants are invited to attend the entire session, drop in, or
leave at any time. We only ask that silence be honored.
