Hidden Disgrace: Book Discussion with Author, David Fierst

Join us as David Fierst, attorney and author of Hidden Disgrace, discusses his book's exploration of the brutal living conditions he encountered when visiting the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation of South Dakota. Mr. Fierst has done extensive original document research in such venues as the National Archives in Washington D.C., the Minnesota Society in St. Paul, and the Lilly Library in Bloomington, Indiana to understand the current problems and explore what changes need to be made in our interactions with the Lakota people specifically, but also all of the Native American population living within our borders.
