Join Ginnie McNeil, MPH, as she speaks on processed waste brine (a byproduct of oil and gas wells), its use as a de-icer in counties across the state, and potential environmental and health impacts from its use. This one-hour program will include a slideshow presentation and a Q&A.

Virginia "Ginnie" McNeil is a public/occupational health nurse and a health sciences teacher. She worked for 23 years at the Cincinnati Health Department and was an occupational health associate at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Dept. of Occupational Health. She also worked as a training consultant in occupational health nursing and as a grant development coordinator. She holds a Master's degree in Public Health, in addition to a B.S. degree in Nursing.
