Great Grain Salad
Full of texture and flavor, this salad makes a great main dish that is loaded with nutrients. Choose your favorite whole grain and whatever greens are in season to make this recipe your own. Add plenty of flavor with apples, pickled beets, and nuts and top it off with the light and refreshing homemade fruit vinaigrette dressing.
Registrants will receive an easy recipe with ingredients to make this dish that includes fresh local produce and other healthy whole foods. Ingredients will be available for pick up at the Coolville Public Library. Step-by-step recipe instructions and information about the ingredients will be sent to the email address used to register and will also be posted on our website.
Pick up will be located outside the library, June 17th from 11:30am-1pm. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing and only send one family member to pick up your ingredients.
