Birth Circle

We meet on the last Wednesday of every month (except May, August and December) at 7pm at the Athens Public Library.  For current information

Our monthly meetings include sharing of birth stories, and
presentations and discussion topics related to pregnancy, childbirth,
and parenting.  Children are welcome to attend.
We gather to share in each other’s lives, creating a sense of
community through the experience of parenthood. As a group, we explore
all options available to birthing families, while promoting a feeling of
openness.
All backgrounds, experiences and choices are honored. We encourage
you to share your thoughts or concerns, and if you have any issues you
would like to address more privately, there is always time after the
meeting to talk one-on-one.
