Biology in Your World! Fossils to Feathers: Modern Paleontology and Dinosaur Evolution

While the monstrosities of Jurassic Park disappeared 66 million years ago, we only have to look out the window to find living dinosaurs today in the form of birds. From Tyrannosaurus to turkeys, fossil records document an incredible evolutionary transition from giants weighing more than an African elephant to a humming bird weighing less than a 1/10th of an ounce.
