Athens Rethinks Plastics

Athens ReThink Plastics is returning to the Athens County libraries again this July to join in the global observance of Plastic Free July. On a day in early July we will be spending several hours at each participating library, giving out our upcycled shopping bags in return for some commitment to reduce plastic use.
