Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair.

NCBC is a weekly book club designed to include developmentally disabled adults. We read books together, discuss them, and then celebrate with a party! 

Join us each month for a low pressure craft, designed to exercise your creativity. A different pairing of local coffee & tea will accompany each craft.

Join us from 1-3 pm on Tuesdays for handwork and pleasant conversation. Bring a project to work on: embroidery, knitting, crochet, quilting, mending - whatever you like to do!

Join us for discussion of Amish stories and Amish life. We'll meet at 1:00pm every second Wednesday at the Wells (Albany) Library.
 

What's better on a Spring afternoon than grabbing a snack and working on a puzzle with friends?  Join us as we have laid out several puzzles in different sizes around the library that are just waiting to be put together.

Make some delicious and nutritious smoothies with us at the library! We will learn recipes and try out different flavors. 

*All supplies will be provided, and everyone will leave with a recipe packet.

Join us twice a month on second and fourth Mondays for a calm, low-key social space for LGBTQ+ folks to get together and talk, share hobbies, and spend some time together.

Meet every week to practice your Spanish in a friendly community setting! Native speakers and those interested in improving their language skills are equally welcome. Free and open to the public.

Let's play Bingo! The prizes this time will be gardening tools, seeds, vegetable starts, flower starts, and houseplants to help get you in the mood for gardening. Snacks will be provided.

Experience the synergy of poetry and music as former Athens Poet Laureate Wendy McVicker and talented local cellist Lara Wallace present a live performance featuring poems from McVicker's newest collection.
