Unwind at the Athens Public Library and join guided visualization coach Ron Docie in examining a set of mind-calming practices. If you've ever had an interest in meditation, but were unsure of where to start, this is the course for you. Our guest speaker will lead you through a set of mind-calming practices, including a guided deep-relaxation exercise. An optional Q&A and sharing will follow. No experience required; you need only to sit in a comfortable position and listen.
Can't attend in person? This program will also be streamed virtually, for those who would prefer to participate from home. Prior to the event, a meeting link will be sent to all virtual registrants.
In accordance with ACPL's COVID-19 guidelines, face and nose masking is required to attend the in-person component.
