Interested in cooking with produce grown right here in Appalachian Ohio? CFI's Discovery Kitchen will share free samples and recipes from their new cookbook Discovery Kitchen by the Seasons.

Through sharing recipes, hosting tastings, and offering workshops led by community members, CFI's Discovery Kitchen cultivates relationships and provides skills and information that help make a seasonal, local diet more accessible for everyone.
