Purpose of Meeting

Work out your brain and body and meet new friends!

10 - 10:30 --- Beginner half-hour and warmup. Absolutely no experience or partner necessary!

10:30 - 11:30 --- Beginner/intermediate hour.

11:30 - noon --- Intermediate/advanced half hour. We'll start learning dances you'll enjoy at area social events!

Scottish Country Dance is a social dance form a bit like contra, but with more footwork. The name of the game is fun!

Location: Athens Public Library

Cost: Free!

Attire: Clothes you can move in! Sneakers or ghillies are great on your feet. Dresses, kilts, shorts, or yoga pants are all great. Masks are optional but encouraged since social distancing is not possible.
