Event Details

During our closure, we want to offer one-on-one tech help. These appointments are limited to 25 min. and will focus on your most pressing issue related to 

  1. basic computing tasks and popular platforms 
  2. accessing and navigating eLibrary resources 

*Please note: Because of the remote nature of this work while the libraries are closed, Sarie and Austin are NOT providing assistance with computer hardware problems and are going to be more limited on any software assistance. Troubleshooting and tech support can resume when we reopen to the public. 

How it works: 

Call or email to set-up appointments in advance, and to communicate your preference for using Google Meet, Zoom, or phone.
