It's a bleak February afternoon. You are cold and sad and spring isn't coming fast enough. You need a party in your mouth! The guests of honor will be fresh, hot, homemade corn tortillas; eggs fried just how you like them; and a salsa rich and flavorful enough to warm the weariest of bones.
