Purpose of Meeting
Stop by the main floor of Nelsonville Public Library for information about workshops offered through the Habitat for Humanity Home Repair and Care Training Center. A Habitat for Humanity representative will be available to answer your questions.
The Habitat for Humanity Home Repair & Care Training Center offers a series of hands-on workshops which empower homeowners to perform basic repairs to their homes. By teaching the “language” of each system in our workshops, participants will not only be more familiar with their home but will also more confidently evaluate the need for such repairs. Additionally, once through these workshops, participants will be able to speak intelligently to contractors when larger problems arise.
