Arts in October: Community Carnival

Please join Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine’s medical students for our fall family carnival at the Athens Public Library. We will have popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, face painting, crafts, blood pressure checks, and more! The fun starts at 12:00pm and goes until 4:00pm. This event is free to all.
